The history of the President Hotel began in 2001, with the building now called the President Standard Hotel. It includes the hotel's general reception, where check-in and check-out formalities are carried out, 30 standard rooms and 2 standard suites. The President Superior Hotel was inaugurated in 2011 and expanded by another floor in 2017, now having 8 superior suites and 64 superior rooms. Most of the rooms have balconies, facing either the forest or the courtyard of the complex. At the base of the President Superior Hotel is the hotel's Health Center, as well as access to the Spa center, composed of indoor swimming pools and the new sauna area (from Aug 2024).
