Since 2001, President Hotel has been inaugurated, we are constantly investing in ensuring the best conditions and increasing the quality of our services. We are launching a new project, which aims at:

  • extension of the accommodation capacity with 8 apartments and 62 double rooms of which 2 for allergic persons and 2 rooms for disabled persons - building with height regime Ground + 5 Floors
  • extending the space allocated to the kitchen and restaurant, on the ground floor
  • realization of an administrative area: area (changing rooms, bathrooms, dining room) for the staff serving the kitchen and the hotel; room for presentations / conferences / sessions,
  • purchase of a software (computer application) that integrates into one computer system all hotel units including: hotel module, restaurant module and a management module
  • improving comfort and quality of life by providing an air-conditioning system with extra fresh air in the rooms directly
  • creating a unitary system for guiding and presenting information in the reception area and conference rooms using mirror TV terminals, allowing to display more information at the same time
  • the use of air treatment plants in combination with heat pumps that produce the heating energy needed to heat or cool the premises of the hotel, having as source the geothermal water that has been used in swimming pools
  • certification of management systems ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2005 to improve the business

The expansion and development of the PRESIDENT SPA COMPLEX 4 **** and the introduction of new services and the development of services offered today represent a feasible solution for the society in order to meet the needs of the market and to cope with the competitive environment.

Added value achieved through project implementation:

  • the development of the company as a direct result of the extension and development of PRESIDENT SPA COMPLEX 4 **** Baile Felix
  • increasing labor productivity within society as a result of expanding and diversifying business
  • attracting foreign tourists by participating in international fairs
  • developing the competitive advantage of the company through certification of services and certification of management systems ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2005
  • promoting horizontal principles on equal opportunities by creating new jobs for disadvantaged people and facilitating access for people with locomotor disabilities in the newly built space
  • improving comfort and quality of life by providing an air-conditioning system with extra fresh air in the rooms directly
  • promoting horizontal principles on sustainable development by:
    • the use of renewable energy sources – use of air treatment plants in combination with heat pumps that produce the heat energy needed to heat or cool the hotel premises, having as source the geothermal water that has been used in swimming pools. The required thermal energy will be produced from spent geothermal waste waters from swimming pools, at very low costs and without atmospheric pollution.
    • refurbishment / purchase of more energy-efficient equipment – the use of air-conditioning units with air conditioning with additional fresh air directly into the rooms, not requiring periodic ventilation of the rooms because the air conditioning system introduces fresh air from the outside and removes room air, saving energy for heating / cooling because the fresh air introduced will have room set temperature and will not have to be heated / cooling the air through the air by opening the windows; use of air treatment plants equipped with heat recovery to increase the energy performance of the building; lighting provided with LED systems; common areas equipped with motion sensors, room access cards that turn on installations and stop them when leaving the room, for a low consumption of energy as heat and electricity.
    • minimize waste generation at source, increasing the recovery and recycling - use of air treatment plants in combination with heat pumps that produce the heat energy needed to heat or cool the premises in the hotel, having as source the geothermal water that has been used in swimming pools. Required heat will be produced from spent geothermal waste waters from swimming pools.
