Organization regulation

The educational-recreational project President & Mathematics, 2nd edition

In order to remove children from the daily wear and tear of the state in the banks, but keep them connected to education and recreational activities, we proposed to initiate this educational-recreational project, entitled President & mathematics.

The place to "play" will be at President Complex in Băile Felix.

As a collaborator, the Culture in Motion Association supports the project by collecting funds for prizes, and a group of teachers and young volunteers are in charge of designing the "games".

Starting from this edition, the project will take place for classes: III, IV, V, VI and VII.

Registration of children:

Registration of children will be done by parents using the form that can be accessed from the President Hotel website: https://baile- felix.ro

When registering, each child will be assigned a code, which the child will receive in the "fun" room together with the result obtained.

Conduct of the activity:

The activity will start at the time shown on the website https://baile-felix.ro. If the number of children enrolled in a certain class is too high, then a shift in the time between classes is possible (for example, the 4th class can start at 9 a.m. and the other classes at 10 a.m.). Parents enrolling their children in these activities are asked to follow all information that appears on the two sites.

The activity lasts 75 minutes. The "play" tasks will be grid-type. The scores obtained will be given to the children upon leaving the hall and will be displayed on https://baile-felix.ro. The award will take place on the same day, approximately two hours after the end of the competition. Prizes will consist of money (if possible) and various items that will be given by the sponsors.

Important!

1) The project organizers are not responsible for transporting children to and from project activities, nor for supervising children before entering the competition and after leaving from the competition (the period of determining the results, the period of the award and after the awards). We ask that parents who enroll their children in these activities organize their time so that they can accompany their children throughout the activities.

2) Children's access to the "play" room is based on the student card, valid for the day.

3) Children must be present at activities according to the schedule that will be displayed on https: //baile-felix.ro.

1. Between 8 and 8:05 the arrival of the children, accompanied by their parents, in the courtyard of the President Complex. We remind you that the event organizers are not responsible for the transportation of children to and from the project activities, nor for the supervision of children before entering the activity and after leaving the activity (the period of establishing the results, the period of the award and after the awards). We ask that parents who have registered their children for these activities organize their time so that they can accompany the children throughout the activities.

2. Between 8:05 and 8:35 children enter the hall. We specify that parents have access only to the courtyard of the President Complex of the building, and from there the children will be picked up by volunteers.

3. Parents will be able to wait in Club President, where they will be able to serve products from the bar. The award ceremony will also take place in this place.

4. From 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. the trial will take place.

5. Each child will receive the score when leaving the room, and when the evaluation of all students in a class is finished, the prizes will be displayed on this website.

6. At 11:15, parents and children will enter the prize room, which is in the same courtyard.

7. At 11:30 the award will begin.

Important!
1. Each child will receive a participation diploma in the competition hall.

2. The President complex has several parking lots. Access to the first parking lot is from the shoulder that comes out of the roundabout towards Cordău, and the others are from the road towards Cordău.

3. For the smooth running of things, please do not leave the phones with the children during the test.
