Organization regulation

The educational-recreational project President & Mathematics, edition I

In order to remove children from the daily wear and tear of the state in the banks, but keep them connected to education and recreational activities, we set out to initiate this educational-recreational project, entitled President and mathematics.

The "play" place will be at the President Complex in Băile Felix.

As a collaborator, the Anima Urbi Association supports the project by raising funds for the awards, and a group of teachers and young volunteers are in charge of designing "games".

To begin with, this project will take place only with children from the 4th, 5th and 6th grades. Depending on the evolution of things we will also expand down and up.

Registration of children:

the registration of children will be done by the parents using the form that can be accessed from the President Hotel website:https://baile-felix.ro

or from the website of the Anima Urbi Association:https://anima.urbioradea.ro.

Upon registration, each child will be assigned a code, which the child will receive in the "fun" room.

Carrying out the activity:

The activity will start at the time shown on the two sites. If the number of children enrolled in a certain class is too high, then a time shift between classes is possible (for example, the 4th class can start at 9 a.m. and the other classes at 10 a.m.). Parents enrolling their children in these activities are asked to follow all information that appears on the two sites.

The activity lasts one hour for the primary cycle and 90 minutes for the others. The "play" tasks will be grid-type. The scores obtained will be displayed on the two sites, within one hour after the end of the competition. The award will take place on the same day, approximately two hours after the end of the competition. Prizes will consist of money (if possible) and various items that will be given by the sponsors.

Important!

1) The project organizers are not responsible for the transportation of children to and from the project activities, nor for the supervision of children before entering the competition and after leaving the competition (the period of establishing the results, the period of the awards and after the awards - period in which the parents/guardians are the ones responsible for supervising the children). We ask that parents who enroll their children in these activities organize their time so that they can accompany their children throughout the activities.

2) Children's access to the "play" room is based on their up-to-date student card.

3) Children must be present at the activities according to the schedule that will be displayed on the two sites.
